Tokyo’s quietest suites, and a few ryokan within reach of the city. These houses take their bookings by telephone, and most never appear on a booking site.

How we work

HANARE is a Tokyo land operator. Your agency designs the journey and holds the client relationship. We price and secure the Japanese ground arrangements you ask for, and we run them on the day.

  1. Request

    Send your client’s brief through the advisor portal: dates, party size, interests and budget.

  2. Proposal

    A costed proposal comes back within days. Each component is priced separately at net rates, with the terms in writing.

  3. Confirmation

    You confirm, and we secure each component and send you written confirmation for each one. You deal with one contact throughout.

  4. On the ground

    While your clients travel, our team in Tokyo supports the arrangements we hold, in their language and at any hour. Your agency remains their point of contact.

Every arrangement we hold in Japan comes under one agreement with your agency, at net rates, with one team you can reach.
